Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine
Rotisserie Chicken (2 cups)

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 1/2 cups)

Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Step 2
On a flat surface, place a
Large Flour Tortillas (4)
. Spread the chicken mixture around and cover with another tortilla.
Step 3
In a pan over medium heat, grease with cooking spray. Place the quesadillas and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cheese has melted.
Step 4
Transfer to a cutting board and cool for about 3 minutes before cutting.
Step 5
Cut it in quarters like a pizza and enjoy it with
Guacamole (to taste)
and
Sour Cream (to taste)
