Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook
Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (4 oz)
until crisp, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside.
In a stock pot over medium heat, boil
Water (6 cups)
. Once boiled, add
Broccoli (2 1/2 cups)
and blanch for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, stir together
Alfredo Sauce (3 cups)
Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup)
Paprika (1 tsp)
Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
Ground Nutmeg (1 tsp)
Salt (to taste)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Set aside.
In a baking dish, add broccoli, and the cheese mixture. Top the casserole with bacon. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
