Step 1
Remove the pit from the
Avocados (2)
, then remove the flesh from the skin.

Juice the
Limes (2)
. You will need 1/4 cup of juice.

Chop the
Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup)

Place the avocado,
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 cup)
, 1/2 cup of lime juice,
Chili Paste (1 Tbsp)

Garlic Paste (1 tsp)
, and
Kosher Salt (to taste)

Step 5
Add chopped cilantro to the bowl, mash all ingredients coarsely together, check and adjust seasonings to taste.
Step 6
Store in a jar. Serve on top of toasted bread, with pasta, as a salad topping, or as a condiment for eggs, meat, seafood etc. Enjoy!
