Step 1
In a teapot steeper, add Dried Butterfly Pea Flower (1 Tbsp) . Then pour the boiling Water (2 cups) over the flower. Cover with a lid. Allow steeping for about 3 minutes.
Step 2
To the serving glass, add Maple Syrup (1 tsp) and pour the tea over. Then use a spoon to mix to dissolve the syrup. Serve hot or cold with Lemon (1) , Milk (1/4 cup) , or Coconut Water (1/2 cup) .
