Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Sift and combine the
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (3 cups)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 cup)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
. Add the
Chopped Pecans (2 cups)
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
and mix until just combined. Fold in the
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1 1/2 cups)
Chocolate Chips (3/4 cup)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop the cookie dough onto the cookie sheet. Space them 2 inches apart. Bake for 20 minutes.
Let them cool and enjoy.
