Cooking Instructions
1.
Slice the Whole Caper Berries (2) in half and juice the Lemon (1/2).

Dice the Beef Sirloin Ball Tip (3 oz) into very small pieces by cutting pieces along the grain, then slicing into strips and finally into a small dice. Make sure to use a sharp knife!

In a bowl, combine beef, Fresh Chives (1 Tbsp), Jalapeño Peppers (1 tsp), Capers (1 tsp), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (4 tsp), lemon juice, and caper berries. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and toss well.

Toast thinly sliced pieces of Baguette (1) and serve alongside the tartare.
