Heat a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add
Green Beans (6 cups)
and cook at a gentle simmer until just tender, about 8 minutes. Drain well.
Meanwhile, melt the
Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup)
in a medium skillet.
Garlic (3 cloves)
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp)
and sauté on low heat until fragrant and slightly softened, about 1 minute, being careful not to brown.
Lemon Juice (1/2)
Dijon Mustard (1/2 Tbsp)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Add cooked beans and toss until evenly coated with butter sauce. Serve immediately.
