Step 1
Add Cherry Tomatoes (1 cup) , Garlic (1 clove) , Fresh Basil (2 Tbsp) , Kosher Salt (1/4 tsp) , and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) to a mixing bowl. Mix to combine and set aside.
Step 2
Toast the Baguette (1) slices in a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
Step 3
Place the tomato mixture over the baguette, and top with Sardines in Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 can) .
Step 4
Sprinkle the top with Sea Salt Flakes (to taste) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Garnish with basil leaves and serve immediately.
