Goat Cheese Gnocchi with Macadamia Pesto

5
1 rating
This Goat Cheese Gnocchi with Macadamia Pesto is just perfect for a lazy weekend night. The pesto is super easy to make and uses macadamia instead of pine nuts, making it extra rich and creamy. The secret to this enhanced pesto? A little bit of honey balances the tartness from the lemon and is perfectly matched with goat cheese. Pillowy gnocchi coated with creamy pesto, what more could you want for an easy and comforting dinner?
