Cut the Watermelons (3 cups) into chunks (half only fruit, and another half with rind).
Step 2
Place watermelon directly into a ziplock bag and place it into the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the watermelon chunks are frozen.
Step 3
Add the frozen watermelon chunks, Frozen Strawberries (1 cup) , Honey (1 Tbsp) , 1 Tbsp of juice from Lemon (1) , and Salt (1 pinch) to a blender.
Step 4
Add Water (1 cup) gradually, blending until desired consistency is reached.
Step 5
Pour the slushie into a glass and garnish with a Lemon Wheel and Fresh Mint (as needed) .
