Cut the Watermelons (3 cups) into chunks (half only fruit, and another half with rind).

Place watermelon directly into a ziplock bag and place it into the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the watermelon chunks are frozen.

Add the frozen watermelon chunks, Frozen Strawberries (1 cup), Honey (1 Tbsp), 1 Tbsp of juice from Lemon (1), and Salt (1 pinch) to a blender.

Add Water (1 cup) gradually, blending until desired consistency is reached.
5.
Pour the slushie into a glass and garnish with a Lemon Wheel and Fresh Mint (to taste).
