Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
Grate the Garlic (2 clove) and zest the Lemon (1 teaspoon).
In a bowl, combine grated garlic, Olive Oil (1/4 cup), Nutritional Yeast (1/4 cup), lemon zest, and Salt (to taste). Mix and set the dressing aside.
Clean and trim the Kale (1 bunch). Toss kale in dressing until thoroughly coated.
Spread the tossed kale on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
