Preheat oven to 175°C | 350°F & lightly grease your baking pan with coconut oil.

Mix oat flour, baking powder, salt & erythritol together in a bowl.

Mix together apple sauce, eggs, vanilla extract & oat milk in a separate bowl.

Now slowly add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and mix them well.

Gently fold half of the strawberries into the mix.

Pour the batter into the greased baking pan & smooth the top out evenly.

Sprinkle the rest of your strawberries on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven.

Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down for 20 minutes.

Carefully transfer it onto a plate, sprinkle some more strawberries or coconut chips on top and cut into even slices.
