Chop the Sweet Potatoes (3) into large wedges.

Coat with Olive Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp) and sprinkle with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) . Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Serve hot and enjoy!
