Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Chop the Sweet Potatoes (3) into large wedges.
Step 3
Coat with Olive Oil (1 1/2 Tbsp) and sprinkle with Salt and Pepper (to taste) . Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Serve hot and enjoy!
