Wash and chop the
Chinese Mitten Crabs (5 oz)
Fresh Clams (5 oz)
Razor Clams (1.5 oz)
until the clams open. Drain and set aside.
Add a little oil to the pan and cook crab until cooked.
Campbell's Clam Chowder (1/3 cup)
Campbell's® Concentrated Chicken Stock (1 tsp)
into the pan. Add
Salt (to taste)
along with the
Chicken Broth (1 cup)
. Boil with lid on for 3 minutes.
Chinese Broccoli (1/2 cup)
Wood Ear Mushrooms (1.5 oz)
and razor clams. Cook until kale is wilted.
Pour into your favorite bowl and enjoy!
