Step 1
Wash and chop the
Chinese Mitten Crabs (5 oz)

Step 2
Boil the
Fresh Clams (5 oz)
and
Razor Clams (1.5 oz)
until the clams open. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
Add a little oil to the pan and cook crab until cooked.
Step 4
Pour
Clam Chowder (1/3 cup)
and
Concentrated Chicken Stock (1 tsp)
into the pan. Add
Salt (to taste)
along with the
Chicken Broth (1 cup)
. Boil with lid on for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add clam,
Chinese Broccoli (1/2 cup)
,
Wood Ear Mushrooms (1/3 cup)
and razor clams. Cook until kale is wilted.
Step 6
Pour into your favorite bowl and enjoy!
