Cooking Instructions
1.
Wash and chop the Chinese Mitten Crabs (5 oz).
2.
Boil the Fresh Clams (5 oz) and Razor Clams (1.5 oz) until the clams open. Drain and set aside.
3.
Add a little oil to the pan and cook crab until cooked.
4.
Pour Clam Chowder (1/3 cup) and Concentrated Chicken Stock (1 tsp) into the pan. Add Salt (to taste) along with the Chicken Broth (1 cup). Boil with lid on for 3 minutes.
5.
Add clam, Chinese Broccoli (1/2 cup), Wood Ear Mushrooms (1/3 cup) and razor clams. Cook until kale is wilted.
6.
Pour into your favorite bowl and enjoy!
