In a large glass, add the Oil (1 cup), Garlic (to taste), a splash of juice from Lemon (1/4), Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1), and Salt (1 pinch).

Blend at maximum speed. At first, hold the blender down and when you start to see the emulsion, move up very slowly.
3.
Serve and enjoy!
