Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Into a mixing bowl, add Cream Cheese (2 cups) , Canned Crushed Pineapple (1 3/4 cups) , and Assorted Nuts (2 cups) . Mix well.
Step 2
Add Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 Tbsp) and mix through. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
Step 3
Cover mixture with cling wrap and place in fridge to chill for 1 hour.
Step 4
Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls, then toss them in the Desiccated Coconut (2 cups) until they are coated. Place on a baking tray lined with nonstick baking paper.
Step 5
Place snowballs in the fridge for 4 hours to firm up.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
