Into a mixing bowl, add Cream Cheese (500 gram), Canned Crushed Pineapple (400 gram), and Assorted Nuts (2 cup). Mix well.
Add Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 tablespoon) and mix through. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
Cover mixture with cling wrap and place in fridge to chill for 1 hour.
Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls, then toss them in the Desiccated Coconut (2 cup) until they are coated. Place on a baking tray lined with nonstick baking paper.
Place snowballs in the fridge for 4 hours to firm up.
