Step 1
First, prepare the seasoned mayonnaise. In a bowl, combine the
Mayonnaise (1/4 cup)

Dried Oregano (1 tsp)

Garlic (1 clove)
, and
Lemon Juice (1/4)
. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2
Start assembling the sandwich by spreading a layer of seasoned mayonnaise on the bottom half of the
Ciabatta Bread (1)
.
Step 3
Layer the
Cooked Ham (2 slices)
evenly on top of the mayonnaise. Spread a layer of
Yellow Mustard (1 Tbsp)
on top and add the
Salami (4 slices)
on top of the ham, followed by the
Pepperoni Slices (6)
.
Step 4
Place the
Provolone Cheese Slices (3)
on top of the pepperoni. Use a blow torch to torch the cheese. Then, sprinkle the
Lettuce (2/3 cup)
evenly over the cheese. After, arrange the
Pickled Red Onions (6 slices)
on top of the lettuce. Finally, lay the
Tomato Slices (1/2)
on the very top of the sandwich.
Step 5
Carefully place the top half of the ciabatta on the assembled ingredients. Gently press the sandwich down to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Step 6
Using a serrated knife, cut the sandwich in half and pack it in wax paper and be ready to eat. Optionally, serve the sandwich with chips and cola.
