Cooking Instructions

First, prepare the seasoned mayonnaise. In a bowl, combine the Mayonnaise (4 Tbsp), Dried Oregano (1 tsp), Garlic (1 clove), and Lemon Juice (1/4). Mix well and set aside.

Start assembling the sandwich by spreading a layer of seasoned mayonnaise on the bottom half of the Ciabatta Bread (1).

Layer the Cooked Ham (2 slices) evenly on top of the mayonnaise. Spread a layer of Yellow Mustard (1 Tbsp) on top and add the Salami (4 slices) on top of the ham, followed by the Pepperoni Slices (6).

Place the Provolone Cheese Slices (3) on top of the pepperoni. Use a blow torch to torch the cheese. Then, sprinkle the Lettuce (2/3 cup) evenly over the cheese. After, arrange the Pickled Red Onions (6 slices) on top of the lettuce. Finally, lay the Tomato Slices (1/2) on the very top of the sandwich.
