Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Season the
Beef (3 lb)
with
Coarse Salt (to taste)
and
Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Step 3
In a pan on medium-high heat brown the beef roast in
Olive Oil (as needed)
. Remove the meat.
Step 4
Chop
Onion (1)
and
Mushrooms (to taste)
.
Step 5
Sauté the onions and mushrooms in the pot with meat juice and remaining oil. Season with
Jarred Minced Garlic (to taste)
.
Step 6
Place meat back in pot with onions and mushrooms. Add
Beef Broth (32 fl oz)
. Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 hours.
Step 7
Let meat rest on a plate for 15-25 minutes after pulling it out of the oven. Enjoy!
