Cooking Instructions
1.
Halve and pit the Avocados (to taste) in half lengthways. Juice the Limes (2) into a small bowl. Mince the Garlic (1 clove).

Combine the avocado with the lime juice, garlic, Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Tabasco® Original Red Pepper Sauce (1 tsp), chopped Fresh Chives (1 Tbsp) and Sea Salt (as needed). Blend until you have a light
green puree.
3.
Transfer the cream to a bowl, cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with Pita Bread (to taste).
