Place them on the parchment-lined baking tray. Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes until fork tender.

Cut each sweet potato in the middle half lengthwise. Use a spoon or fork to mix the sweet potato in the shell.

Top with Graham Crackers (1 1/3 cups) and line Mini Marshmallows (2 1/4 cups) on top. Use a blow torch to brûlée the top for 1-2 minutes or until browned.
