Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Use a fork to poke holes in the
Sweet Potatoes (2)
Place them on the parchment-lined baking tray. Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes until fork tender.
Cut each sweet potato in the middle half lengthwise. Use a spoon or fork to mix the sweet potato in the shell.
Graham Crackers (1 1/3 cups)
Mini Marshmallows (2 1/4 cups)
on top. Use a blow torch to brûlée the top for 1-2 minutes or until browned.
Drizzle the top with
Chocolate Syrup (4 oz)
. Serve with more crackers on the side.
