Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Place a silicone baking mat, such as Silpat, on a cookie sheet.
Finely chop the Fresh Rosemary (2 sprig).
Grate the Parmesan Cheese (1 cup).
Scoop a tablespoon of grated parmesan onto the baking mat and arrange in a circle. Repeat with the remaining parmesan, leaving 1-inch between the circles.
Slide the cookie sheet into the oven and bake for 4 minutes, or until crisp and golden. Transfer the crisps to a paper towel lined plate to cool and crisp up.
Toss the Grapes (1 bunch), Olive Oil (1 tablespoon), Salt (to taste), and the rosemary. Place them on a cookie sheet, and roast for 30-45 minutes.
Arrange 2-3 cooled grapes on each crisp and drizzle with a bit of Honey (2 teaspoon). Serve and enjoy!
