Roughly chop the Dark Chocolate (1/3 cup) and place it in a heat safe bowl.

In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate and Unsalted Butter (2/3 cup).

While the chocolate is melting, whisk Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) and Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) together. When blended, add Almond Meal (3 Tbsp) and stir just to combine.
