In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate and Unsalted Butter (2/3 cup).

While the chocolate is melting, whisk Eggs (2) and Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup) together. When blended, add Almond Meal (3 Tbsp) and stir just to combine.
