Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Spray a donut pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk the
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
Baking Soda (1/4 tsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp)
together. Set aside.
In another bowl, whisk the
Large Egg (1)
Truvia® Sweet Complete® Brown With a Hint of Molasses (1/3 cup)
Non-Fat Milk (1/4 cup)
Plain Non-Fat Yogurt (1/4 cup)
together until smooth. Then add the
Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp)
Pure Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
, whisking until fully combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix. The batter will be very thick.
Pipe or spoon the batter into each donut cup, filling 2/3 to 3/4 of the way full.
Bake for 9-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
Allow to cool for about two minutes and transfer to a wire rack set on a large piece of parchment paper or on a large baking sheet.
Cool the donuts for at least 10 minutes before topping.
To top: Combine the
Truvia® Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Stevia Leaf Sweetener (1 cup)
Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
in a medium bowl. Dip the donuts in the melted
Unsalted Butter (1 Tbsp)
, and sprinkle with the topping.
