Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Spray a donut pan with non-stick spray. Set aside.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, whisk the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , Baking Soda (1/4 tsp) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp) , and Ground Nutmeg (1/4 tsp) together. Set aside.
Step 4
In another bowl, whisk the Large Egg (1) , Truvia® Sweet Complete® Brown With a Hint of Molasses (1/3 cup) , Non-Fat Milk (1/4 cup) , and Plain Non-Fat Yogurt (1/4 cup) together until smooth. Then add the Unsalted Butter (2 Tbsp) and Pure Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp) , whisking until fully combined.
Step 5
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix. The batter will be very thick.
Step 6
Pipe or spoon the batter into each donut cup, filling 2/3 to 3/4 of the way full.
Step 7
Bake for 9-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
Step 8
Allow to cool for about two minutes and transfer to a wire rack set on a large piece of parchment paper or on a large baking sheet.
Step 9
Cool the donuts for at least 10 minutes before topping.
Step 10
To top: Combine the Truvia® Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Stevia Leaf Sweetener (1 cup) and Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) in a medium bowl. Dip the donuts in the melted Unsalted Butter (1 Tbsp) , and sprinkle with the topping.
