On a pan over medium heat add
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
Shredded Salted Cod (1 cup)
Turn the heat down to low and add the
Garlic (3 cloves)
. Stir and sweat down the onion and garlic.
Turn your heat up to medium low and add the
String Beans (7 1/4 cups)
to the pot, draining as much of the liquid as you can before adding them in. Season with
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
, then mix in the
Scotch Bonnet Pepper (1/2)
Bell Pepper (1/2)
Cover with lid and let it cook until nice and tender or around 20 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
Adjust for seasoning as needed. Serve and enjoy!
