Juice the Lemon (1/2) and reserve. Drain the Canned Chickpeas (15 ounce) and reserve 2 1/2 tablespoons of chickpea can water.
Put the chickpeas, chickpea water, Tahini (1 1/2 tablespoon), Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Lemon juice, and Ground Cumin (1/2 teaspoon) into a food processor.
Blend until smooth. Add Sriracha (1 tablespoon), 1/2 tbsp at a time to the food processor, taste testing as you go.
Serve with mixed veggies, crackers, and/or pita bread. Enjoy!
