Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Mix the
Large Eggs (2)
in a large bowl with a whisk. Then stir in
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can)

100% Pumpkin Purée (1 can)

Evaporated Milk (1 cup)

Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
,
Salt (1/2 tsp)

Ground Ginger (1/2 tsp)
, and
Ground Cloves (1/2 tsp)
. Pour into the
Deep Dish Pie Crust (1)
.
Step 3
Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours.
Step 4
Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with
Whipped Cream (to taste)
before serving.
