Step 1
Place
La Lechera® Dulce de Leche (1/3 can)
in the freezer. Spread the sides of 4 small mugs with a little dulce de leche and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Blend
Evaporated Milk (1/3 cup)
and remaining
La Lechera® Dulce de Leche (2/3 can)
until well combined. Add
Whole Wheat Flour (2/3 cup)
,
Baking Powder (1/4 tsp)
,
Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp)
,
Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp)
, and
Large Egg (1)
. Blend well.
Step 3
Place a small amount of mixture in each of the cups; divide the frozen dulce de leche between the cups. Add the rest of the mixture to the cups, filling 1/2 full. Microwave each for 2 minutes in 40-second intervals or until cooked.
