Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line a 10 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Microwave the
Butter (1 cup)
and
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1 cup)
in a medium, microwave-safe bowl at HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute, then stir. Microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool.
Step 3
Beat the
Large Eggs (3)
and
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (2/3 cup)
in a large mixer bowl. Beat in the chocolate mixture. Add the
All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup)
and mix well. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Step 4
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely in a pan on a wire rack.
