Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees). Grease a mini muffin tin.
Step 2
Sift the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , and Ground Cinnamon (1/4 tsp) in a large bowl.
Step 3
Combine the La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1/4 cup) , 2% Low-Fat Evaporated Milk (1/4 cup) , Large Egg (1) , Unsalted Butter (3 Tbsp) , and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) in a small bowl. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture. Mix until completely combined.
Step 4
Drop about ½ tablespoon of batter into each muffin cup. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan.
Step 5
When completely cooled, dust with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon or roll in Cinnamon Sugar (to taste) .
