Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees). Grease a mini muffin tin.
All-Purpose Flour (1 cup)
Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup)
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Ground Cinnamon (1/4 tsp)
in a large bowl.
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1/4 cup)
2% Low-Fat Evaporated Milk (1/4 cup)
Large Egg (1)
Unsalted Butter (3 Tbsp)
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
in a small bowl. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture. Mix until completely combined.
Drop about ½ tablespoon of batter into each muffin cup. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan.
When completely cooled, dust with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon or roll in
Cinnamon Sugar (to taste)
