Step 1
Heat the
Granulated Sugar (1 cup)
in a small, heavy-duty saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for 6 to 8 minutes or until dissolved and caramel-colored. Pour into individual flan cups or ramekins.
Step 2
Blend
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can)
,
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
,
Evaporated Milk (1 can)
, and
Egg Whites (4)
. Pour the mixture into individual flan cups. Cover with foil and cook in a pressure cooker for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from the oven and let cool. Unmold and serve with sliced
Fresh Strawberries (1/2 cup)
and
Kiwifruit (1)
