In a large pot, add Apple Cider (4 cups), Apple (1), Maple Syrup (1/4 cup), Cinnamon Sticks (4), Whole Cloves (8), Whole Cardamom Pods (8), Whole Allspice (1 Tbsp), and Fresh Ginger (2 in). Simmer over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat, add Bourbon (1 cup), and stir to combine. Strain to remove the apple and spices.

Serve warm in a heatproof glass, serve with Whipped Cream (to taste) on top, and garnish with Cinnamon Sticks (to taste) and Ground Cinnamon (to taste).
