In a large pot, add

Whole Cloves (8)

Whole Allspice (1 Tbsp)

Fresh Ginger (2 in)
. Simmer over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Turn off the heat, add
Bourbon (1 cup)
, and stir to combine. Strain to remove the apple and spices.
Step 3
Serve warm in a heatproof glass, serve with
Whipped Cream (to taste)
on top, and garnish with
Cinnamon Sticks (to taste)
and
Ground Cinnamon (to taste)
