Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Heat your cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Season the
Flank Steak (1 lb)
with
Salt (1/2 Tbsp)
and
Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp)
, and sear the steak on each side for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Brush the meat with
Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce (1/2 cup)
, add in the
Butter (2 Tbsp)
, and
Jarred Minced Garlic (1 Tbsp)
.
Step 4
Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 40-45 minutes until cooked to a nice medium.
Step 5
Take out and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with some more melted butter and garnish with
Fresh Herbs (to taste)
