Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In an 8-inch ovenproof skillet over medium heat, add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and brush around the bottom and sides.

Add Frozen Spinach (2 cups) and Garlic (2 cloves) and cook on the stove until heated through, about 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (8) with Sea Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Pour eggs over spinach, stir, and then let cook without stirring until edges are cooked and center is semi-firm, about 6-8 minutes.
