Vanilla Almond Milk

Walnuts , chopped, toasted

Maple Syrup

Buttery Spread

•

Eggland's Best Classic Egg

•

2 tsp

Vanilla Extract

1 tsp

Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground

Baking Powder

•

1/2 tsp

Sea Salt

1 handful

Brown Sugar

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Chop, and toast the Walnuts (1 cup) . Chop the Fresh Mixed Berries (1 1/2 cups) and set aside.

Mix together the Quinoa (1 cup) , Oats (1 cup) , Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , Sea Salt (1/2 tsp) and half the toasted walnuts.

In a separate bowl, mix together the Vanilla Almond Milk (2 cups) , Maple Syrup (1/3 cup) , Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) , Vanilla Extract (2 tsp) and Buttery Spread (3 Tbsp) .

Shake half the fresh mixed berries into a glass baking dish. Over that, pour first the dry mixture, then the wet. Use a spoon to make sure all dry parts are covered by the wet.

Top with remaining fresh mixed berries, walnuts, and Brown Sugar (1 handful) .

Place on center rack of oven, and bake 40 minutes until top is lightly browned. Allow to cool, serve, and enjoy!
