Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Chop, and toast the
Walnuts (1 cup)
. Chop the
Fresh Mixed Berries (1 1/2 cups)
and set aside.
Step 3
Mix together the
Quinoa (1 cup)
,
Oats (1 cup)
,
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
,
Sea Salt (1/2 tsp)
and half the toasted walnuts.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix together the
Vanilla Almond Milk (2 cups)
,
Maple Syrup (1/3 cup)
,
Egg (1)
,
Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
and
Buttery Spread (3 Tbsp)
.
Step 5
Shake half the fresh mixed berries into a glass baking dish. Over that, pour first the dry mixture, then the wet. Use a spoon to make sure all dry parts are covered by the wet.
Step 6
Top with remaining fresh mixed berries, walnuts, and
Brown Sugar (1 handful)
.
Step 7
Place on center rack of oven, and bake 40 minutes until top is lightly browned. Allow to cool, serve, and enjoy!
