Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Chop, and toast the Walnut (1 cup). Chop the Fresh Mixed Berries (1 1/2 cups) and set aside.

Mix together the Quinoa (1 cup), Oats (1 cup), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (2 tsp), Baking Powder (1 tsp),Sea Salt (as needed) and half the toasted walnuts.

In a separate bowl, mix together the Vanilla Almond Milk (2 cups), Maple Syrup (1/3 cup), Egg (1), Vanilla Extract (2 tsp) and Buttery Spread (3 Tbsp).

Shake half the fresh mixed berries into a glass baking dish. Over that, pour first the dry mixture, then the wet. Use a spoon to make sure all dry parts are covered by the wet.
