Cooking Instructions
1.
Set oven to preheat on broil. Place Salmon Fillets (1 pckg) skin side down on a baking sheet lined with foil. Give salmon a generous grinding of Salt (to taste). Broil for 3 minutes until they are a slightly deeper pink, and moisture forms.

Remove salmon from oven. Finely chop the Fresh Thyme Leaves (1 Tbsp) and Fresh Rosemary (1 Tbsp). Juice the Lemon (1) and reserve the juice.

In food processor, combine thyme, rosemary, Dijon Mustard (2 Tbsp), Whole Grain Mustard (2 Tbsp), White Wine (1 Tbsp), Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Garlic (3 cloves), and lemon juice. Process until smooth.
4.
Cover salmon completely with the dijon herb sauce. Return to oven and cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
5.
Remove from oven, divide into 4 portions, and enjoy!
