Set oven to preheat on broil. Place

skin side down on a baking sheet lined with foil. Give salmon a generous grinding of

. Broil for 3 minutes until they are a slightly deeper pink, and moisture forms.
Remove salmon from oven. Finely chop the
Fresh Thyme Leaves (1 Tbsp)
Fresh Rosemary (1 Tbsp)
. Juice the
and reserve the juice.
In food processor, combine thyme, rosemary,
Dijon Mustard (2 Tbsp)
Whole Grain Mustard (2 Tbsp)
White Wine (1 Tbsp)
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
Garlic (3 cloves)
, and lemon juice. Process until smooth.
Cover salmon completely with the dijon herb sauce. Return to oven and cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
Remove from oven, divide into 4 portions, and enjoy!
