Step 1
Set oven to preheat on broil. Place Salmon Fillets (1 pckg) skin side down on a baking sheet lined with foil. Give salmon a generous grinding of Salt (to taste) . Broil for 3 minutes until they are a slightly deeper pink, and moisture forms.
Step 2
Remove salmon from oven. Finely chop the Fresh Thyme Leaves (1 Tbsp) and Fresh Rosemary (1 Tbsp) . Juice the Lemon (1) and reserve the juice.
Step 3
In food processor, combine thyme, rosemary, Dijon Mustard (2 Tbsp) , Whole Grain Mustard (2 Tbsp) , White Wine (1 Tbsp) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) , Garlic (3 cloves) , and lemon juice. Process until smooth.
Step 4
Cover salmon completely with the dijon herb sauce. Return to oven and cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
Step 5
Remove from oven, divide into 4 portions, and enjoy!
