Step 1
Place the
Rotisserie Chicken (1)
in the fridge to firm up. Shred the chicken.
Step 2
In a small bowl add the
Miracle Whip (1 cup)

Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp)

Lemon (1/2)

Salt (1/4 tsp)
,
Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp)
and
Dijon Mustard (1 tsp)
. Mix well, add the
Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp)
and continue to mix well.
Step 3
In a large bowl add the shredded chicken,
Apple (1)
,
Mango (1)
,
Celery (2 stalks)
and
Red Onion (1/2)
. Mix thoroughly with your hands. Add the sauce and mix well.
Step 4
Place in the fridge to chill. Serve on bread, in lettuce wraps or with crackers.
