step 1
Place the Rotisserie Chicken (1) in the fridge to firm up. Shred the chicken.

In a small bowl add the Miracle Whip (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), Lemon (1/2), Salt (1/4 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) and Dijon Mustard (1 tsp). Mix well, add the Fresh Parsley (2 Tbsp) and continue to mix well.

In a large bowl add the shredded chicken, Apple (1), Mango (1), Celery (2 stalks) and Red Onion (1/2). Mix thoroughly with your hands. Add the sauce and mix well.

Place in the fridge to chill. Serve on bread, in lettuce wraps or with crackers.
