Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a small bowl, mash the Banana (1) with a fork.

Stir in Truvia® Original Calorie-Free Sweetener from the Stevia Leaf Spoonable (2 Tbsp), Water (1 Tbsp), Vanilla Extract (2 tsp), and Salt (as needed). Mix until all dissolves.

In a separate medium bowl, stir together the Oats (2 cups), Pumpkin Seeds (4 Tbsp), Quinoa (2 Tbsp), Chia Seeds (2 Tbsp), Sunflower Seeds (2 Tbsp), Flaxseeds (2 Tbsp), Walnut Pieces (2 Tbsp), Dried Cranberries (2 Tbsp), and Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp).
