Prepare taco pasta with whatever pasta you have on hand.

Swap in other pasta shapes such as rotini, penne, or elbows. You may need to adjust the cooking time slightly to ensure the pasta is tender.

Brown the Ground Beef (1 lb) and Onion (1/2 cup) in a large deep skillet or Dutch oven on medium-high heat. Add the Taco Seasoning (2 pckg), Petite Diced Tomatoes (1 can), and Water (4 cups), stirring to mix well. Bring to a boil.

Add the Spaghetti (1/2 pckg) to a pan, stirring to cover with liquid. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender. Remove from the heat. Sprinkle with Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (1 cup). Replace the cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with Fresh Cilantro (to taste) to serve, if desired.
