Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Cream the Butter (1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 cup), and Simply Organic Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) together.

Add the Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1) and beat until light and fluffy. Stir in the Milk (1 tsp).

Sift the All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) and Baking Powder (1 tsp) and then mix with the butter and sugar mixture. Blend well.

Divide the dough in half and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Roll the dough on a floured board to about 1/8 inch thickness. Cut with egg-shaped cookie cutters of varying sizes.

Bake on a cookie sheet for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool completely.

To make the icing, combine Powdered Confectioners Sugar (3 cups), Milk (4 Tbsp), Simply Organic Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), and Salt (1/8 tsp). Mix well. Add the Food Coloring (as needed).
