Cooking Instructions

Into a mixing bowl, add Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (4.5 lb). Season with Chili Powder (1 tsp), Smoked Paprika (1 tsp), Salt (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp), Ground Cumin (1/4 tsp), and Fresh Lemon Thyme Leaves (1 tsp). Use your hands to mix well. Let sit for 1 hour.

Place chicken onto a charcoal grill. Cook for 10 minutes.

Flip chicken and cook for another 10 minutes.
4.
Transfer chicken to a pan and cook on the middle of the grill for another 25-30 minutes.
5.
Serve with sides of your choice. Enjoy!
