Into a mixing bowl, add Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (4.5 lb). Season with Chili Powder (2 tsp), Smoked Paprika (1 tsp), Salt (1 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp), Ground Cumin (as needed), and Fresh Lemon Thyme Leaves (1 tsp). Use your hands to mix well. Let sit for 1 hour.

Place chicken onto a charcoal grill. Cook for 10 minutes.

Flip chicken and cook for another 10 minutes.
step 4
Transfer chicken to a pan and cook on the middle of the grill for another 25-30 minutes.

Serve with sides of your choice. Enjoy!
