Step 1
Into a mixing bowl, add
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (4.5 lb)
. Season with
Chili Powder (1/2 Tbsp)

Smoked Paprika (1 tsp)

Salt (1 1/4 tsp)

Ground Black Pepper (3/4 tsp)
,
Ground Cumin (1/4 tsp)
, and
Fresh Lemon Thyme Leaves (1 tsp)
. Use your hands to mix well. Let sit for 1 hour.
Step 2
Place chicken onto a charcoal grill. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Flip chicken and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer chicken to a pan and cook on the middle of the grill for another 25-30 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with sides of your choice. Enjoy!
