Step 1
Preheat the convection oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Step 2
Combine Butter (1/4 cup) and Brown Sugar (1/4 cup) into a large mixing bowl and mix until combined.
Step 3
Combine Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp) and Egg (1) into the mixing bowl
Step 4
In a separate container, stir together the Almond Meal (1 1/4 cups) , Sea Salt (1/4 tsp) , and Baking Powder (1/2 tsp) . Combine the dry mixture into the large mixing bowl.
Step 5
Combine Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3/4 cup) into the large mixing bowl. Make sure to chop the Dark Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup) and chop the Walnuts (1/2 cup) into 1/4-inch pieces.
Step 6
Combine chopped walnut pieces and dark chocolate chips into the mixing bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 7
Shape the dough into 1-inch balls, place on baking sheet 1 1/2-inch apart. Press down slightly to flatten dough balls. Bake for 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven and put cookies onto a cooling tray.
Step 8
Now give yourself a pat on the back and enjoy the scrumptious treats you've made!
