Step 1
Lay the Pork Loin Steak (4) out on a baking tray. Season both sides with Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , Garlic Powder (to taste) , Dried Thyme (to taste) , and Fresh Rosemary (to taste) . Let it sit for about 45min while you heat the grill.
Step 2
Place steaks directly on the grills and cook for 6-10 minutes.
Step 3
Flip the steaks and cook for another 7 minutes.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
