Have you ever gone to a restaurant and ordered Buffalo Wings, only to discover they are extremely soggy and soaking in sauce? Fear no more, this is the perfect chicken wings recipe. This recipe is very easy, requires very few ingredients and a great way to impress everyone.

Cooking Instructions
1.
Lay out the Chicken Wings (2.5 lb) on a rack and let them dry out. Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Add Canola Oil (as needed) to your deep fryer or frying pot. Place your wings in one at a time but don't overcrowd the oil. Cook until golden brown between 15-18 minutes. Remove to a large baking tray and set aside.

In a sauce pan over high heat melt the Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup).

Once the butter is melted, add Garlic (1 Tbsp), Hot Sauce (1 cup), Ketchup (4 Tbsp), Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 Tbsp) and bring up to boil.
5.
Place the lid on, reduce the heat to simmer the sauce for around 5 minutes and turn the heat off.
6.
Preheat your oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
7.
Place the chicken wings into the sauce and mix to coat each wing in sauce. Then place the chicken wings back in the baking tray.
8.
Place in your preheated oven for 10 minutes.
9.
Repeat by coating in sauce again and baking in the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
